Do Russian citizens need a visa to visit Armenia?
Russian citizens do not need a visa to visit Armenia for tourism or short stays of up to 180 days per year. If arriving by direct flight from Russia, entry is possible with an internal passport, but if traveling through third countries or by land, an international passport is required. For stays longer than 30 days, registration at the place of residence is necessary: in hotels, the administration handles it, while in private accommodation, you must go to the police migration department with your international passport and rental agreement. Rules and requirements may change.
