Zarni-Parni Cave Fortress

Zarni-Parni is a cave fortress complex near the village of Haghpat in the Lori Province. It includes the Zarni and Parni caves, which were fortified in the Middle Ages and later restored; inside, there is a small museum with archaeological finds and local history items. The complex is located on the road from the M6 highway to Haghpat, about 1.1 km from the turn, on a slope overlooking the Haghpat Gorge and Kayanberd Fortress.
