Holy Saviour's Church

Holy Saviour's Church, or Surb Amenaprkich, was constructed between 1858 and 1872 and consecrated in 1873. The architecture of the church is modeled after the Cathedral of Ani, but the church is larger than its historical prototype. The building was damaged during the 1926 earthquake and was later restored.
