Bjni Fortress

Bjni Fortress is a medieval Armenian fortress located in the eastern part of Bjni village, on a rocky promontory on the right bank of the Hrazdan River gorge. It is known as a historical defensive complex and one of the notable attractions of the Kotayk Province. Remnants of walls, towers, a secret passage, and the foundations of other structures have survived from the fortress. The site is located in Bjni village, in the Kotayk Province of Armenia, near Hrazdan.
